To generate a MedFocus report, you will need an access token. Enter the email address where you want the token sent. Click the checkbox to acknowledge your email address is needed to send you the token. Then click the "Request Token" button.
Privacy note
Your report can be generated without requiring your real name. However, we do need an email address to deliver your access token and request confirmation. If you complete a paid purchase later, billing and payment details may also be collected and processed by the payment provider.
