MedFocus helps you gather and organize medications, supplements, health concerns, and questions for your healthcare providers. You can create a free printable summary, and optionally run a more detailed AI-assisted analysis of the information you enter.

Personal Information

MedFocus uses two different types of tokens. Your Record Token identifies this saved profile in the database and is required to reload or update your information. The record token is used in place of a userid and password. It is stored in your browser for convenience, but you should copy and save it as a backup.
