This site is anonymous. A token is used to save and access your information. If the token is lost, your data cannot be recovered. Information is retained for up to 90 days after last access and then automatically deleted.

GetMedFocus helps you gather and organize medications, supplements, health concerns, and questions for your healthcare providers. You can create a free printable summary, and optionally run a more detailed AI-assisted analysis of the information you enter.

Followups

Followups are questions or discussion topics that still need attention. The button below is enabled only when there are followups to review or awaiting update.

Personal Information

GetMedFocus uses two different types of tokens. Your Record Token identifies this saved profile in the database and is required to reload or update your information. The record token is used in place of a userid and password. It is stored in your browser for convenience, but you should copy and save it as a backup.

Your Record Token is the key to this saved profile. GetMedFocus stores it in your browser so this profile can reload automatically when you return.

Important: Copy and save this token somewhere safe. If your browser data is cleared or you use another device, you will need this token to reload the same profile.

To open a saved profile, paste its Record Token below and click Load.

Additional Report Analysis Information

Optionally provide more information for the AI analysis and save questions you want included in your Provider Discussion Guide.

My Lab Results

Record relevant lab results so changes can be compared over time.
Include both abnormal results and relevant normal results. You do not need to enter every test from a laboratory report.

Enter any additional background information that may help the AI prepare a more complete report. This may include race or ethnicity, tobacco or nicotine use, alcohol use, recreational or non-prescribed drug use, diet, exercise, occupation, environmental exposures, living situation, cultural considerations, or other health-related information not entered elsewhere.

This information is optional. Include only what you are comfortable sharing. If something does not apply, you may leave it out.

Questions for My Healthcare Provider

Add questions you want to remember to ask your healthcare provider. These questions will be included in the Provider Discussion Guide when your report is created. You can add, edit, or remove questions at any time.
